This is a video with a chemist using polymerization to create nylon. It’s so cool! Where the two solutions meet in the beaker, the nylon polymer is created and can be taken out of the beaker with a hook. After watching this video it gives me a great idea to bring to the classroom if I were to teach high school chemistry. If my excitement from watching the video is any indication, then the students should love seeing this experiment.
